1. Introduction

Welcome to Ganga Game App (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (https://www.gangagameapp.com/), downloading our mobile application, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Ganga Game App is a skill-based gaming platform offered by GangaGame Tech. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services only if you meet the following criteria:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Location: You must be a resident of India. Access to our real-money games is strictly prohibited from the following states (“Restricted States”) due to local state laws:
    • Andhra Pradesh
    • Assam
    • Nagaland
    • Odisha
    • Sikkim
    • Telangana
  • Contractual Capacity: You must be competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and forfeit any winnings if we discover you are accessing the app from a Restricted State or are under 18.

3. Account Registration

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration (Name, Mobile Number, Email).
  • One Account Policy: You are allowed to open only one account per person. creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral systems is a violation of our Fair Play Policy and will result in an immediate ban.
  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login OTPs and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Games of Skill

  • Legal Status: The games offered on Ganga Game App (including Rummy, Ludo, and Poker) are games of “Skill” as defined by various judgments of the Supreme Court of India. The outcome of these games depends predominantly on your knowledge, training, attention, experience, and adroitness, rather than chance.
  • No Gambling: We do not offer any games of chance or gambling services.

5. Wallet, Deposits, and Withdrawals

  • Deposit Balance: Money you add to your wallet is for the purpose of playing games and cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be used to participate in cash contests.
  • Winnings Wallet: Only the amount in your “Winnings” segment can be withdrawn to your bank account.
  • Bonuses: Any “Cash Bonus” or “Welcome Bonus” (e.g., the 5% Add Cash Bonus) is promotional. It may expire if not used within a specific timeframe and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal limit (e.g., ₹100) applies to all transactions.
  • Bank Verification: Withdrawals are processed only to bank accounts or UPI IDs linked to the user’s verified KYC details.

6. Taxes and TDS Policy

  • TDS Deduction: In accordance with the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, we are required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at the rate of 30% on your “Net Winnings” at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year.
  • Certificate: TDS certificates will be provided to users upon request or usually credited to your PAN within standard timelines.
  • GST: Use of the platform may be subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per applicable government notifications.

7. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Policy

To ensure a fair gaming environment (“Zero Fraud Guarantee”), strictly prohibited activities include:

  • Collusion: Two or more players working together to determine the outcome of a game.
  • Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing a game to transfer winnings to another player.
  • Bots: Using automated software, bots, or external aids to play games.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Using stolen credit cards or unauthorized UPI accounts to add cash.

Violation of these rules will lead to permanent account suspension and confiscation of all funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and designs on the Ganga Game App are owned by GangaGame Tech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure at all times. We are not liable for losses due to internet connectivity issues on your device.
  • Financial Risk: You acknowledge that participation in real-money games involves a financial risk. You agree to play responsibly. We are not liable for any financial losses you incur while playing.

10. Responsible Gaming

We encourage users to play responsibly.

  • Daily Limits: You may set daily limits on “Add Cash” amounts.
  • Self-Exclusion: If you feel you are developing a gaming addiction, you may request a temporary or permanent suspension of your account by contacting support.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • We have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Required by law or a direction from a statutory authority.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
